Hey hey mama! Today, we dig into mom guilt with Emily Gorrie, the host of the Project: Mom Podcast.  Mom guilt is a huge part of our society and we need more moms to talk about it so we can all acknowledge it and find ways to move past it. In our conversation, we tackle the impact of ALLOWING ourselves to question these feelings of guilt instead of avoiding them; the importance of talking about the hard parts of motherhood; and the power of validating each others’ experiences.

Emily is the voice behind the Project: Mom Podcast, a podcast that shares the stories of women who are navigating the intersection of motherhood and entrepreneurship.  She is a full time mom with a corporate sales and entrepreneurial background. Her daughter, Olive, was born in Dec 2020 and her life has never been the same. The fact that she half expected it to return to normal is why she created her podcast.  Emily is huge believer in supporting moms who also have entrepreneurial dreams. So in addition to inspirational and motivational support through this podcast, she also offers tangible project based work.
