Hey hey mama! Join me today as I chat with Adriana about caregivers’ needs and rest and what that looks like.

When I first met Adriana a few months ago, I knew immediately that I wanted her as a podcast guest! I have found resources for so many areas of our lives but have not really seen something out there truly supporting us as caregivers. In so many ways, our caregiver role needs nurturing and supporting more than all the others because if we aren’t caring for ourselves, we eventually won’t be able to keep caring for others.

Adriana Watt is a mom of 4, registered nurse, caregiver coach, and founder of Framing Your Whole Health in Christ. Adriana combines her 2 decades of caring for and educating women and families in critical care and community health settings, her experience in serving in various ministry roles, and her nursing background with her experience being a homeschool mama to her children with various medical and learning needs, her own personal health struggles, and her love of Christ.

Adriana is passionate about helping the weary Christian caregiver prioritize whole health in Christ while serving others well beginning with rest.

This is your Caregiver guide to build your rest recipe in as little as 5 minutes a day.
